FREE UK DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail®. A tracking system is used for all UK sent goods and by choise option for international deliveries. In some cases, depending on destination, we will use the method/company deemed securest and most efficient.
All products are gift packaged in a Smith & George signature box.
If required, a handwritten message may be included at no extra cost. The message wording should be typed in the 'Add Comments About Your Order' box during the checkout process, at STEP 4 / Delivery Method.
Next Day Delivery, as well as London Same Day Delivery, can only apply to orders received by 12:30 pm. Please note, Next Day Delivery and London Same Day Delivery is not applicable at weekends or on Public Bank Holidays.
Bank Holiday & other closures: Please note, Smith & George does not operate on UK Bank Holidays. If closure occurs for any other reason, a notice is placed on the website.
International Orders: International delivery services do not have guaranteed delivery times.
