Crafted from sterling silver and plated in 24ct gold with a matte effect, the detailed pendant is formed in a flat-topped thimble-style cast and takes the shape of a great helm, the helmet of the High Middle Ages used by knights during the Crusades. The helmet is elaborated with open eye-peepers, an embossed cross and other helm features. Additionally, a small hoop that sits atop the great helm pendant holds an even smaller hoop from which the cord is threaded. A most magnificent piece that would get everyone talking.
